Strong

STRONG is a recent publication verso produced with New England Regional Art Museum, that celebrates and brings together the work by five Australian female artists who each began or continued their professional arts careers later in life. It features artwork by Mirdidingkingathi Juwarnda Sally Gabori, Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Hilarie Mais, Barbara McKay, and Aida Tomescu. The exhibition and publication (that includes all works from the show) highlights the expressive and powerful impact of scale in their work and focuses on the physical power of gesture and construction and is testament to their passion, dedication, and ability. STRONG is significant artistic showcase which celebrates this powerful work.
